TULARE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A operator was killed and their rider severely injured aft a clang involving a large rig Friday afternoon.
According to CHP, witnesses rescued the rider from a fiery death.
CHP says the brace was driving down Highway 99 done Tulare erstwhile the operator attempted to determination to the shoulder, that's erstwhile officials accidental a large rig clipped the car.
