DHS asks Supreme Court to end Haitians’ temporary legal protections 

The Trump medication has asked the Supreme Court to extremity impermanent deportation protections extended to roughly 350,000 Haitians, intensifying a legal battle Wednesday that had already been brewing earlier the justices.  The Justice Department days earlier urged the justices to similarly end Syria’s Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation. That lawsuit remains pending, too.
