The DA announced Tuesday that charges were filed against Antwoine Mancia, 43, and Amicho Mancia, 37. It is alleged that connected Jan. 26, Antwoine, Amicho and a 3rd fishy broke into the victim's location equipped with a weapon and removed a ample harmless that was loaded into their car.
