The California Highway Patrol says the clang happened astatine 9:40 p.m. Saturday astatine the intersection of Temperance and Belmont avenues.
The CHP says a Dodge Charger, driven by 18-year-old Luis Felix of Fresno, was speeding southbound connected Temperance erstwhile it clipped the near rear of a Toyota Camry stopped astatine the intersection's halt sign.
