Challenged books exhibition opens during Banned Books Week

The Fresno State Library presents “Banned and Challenged Books” an accumulation exploring the contented of censorship and the state to read passim the United States. Filled with thought-provoking imagery, facts and information from the American Library Association connected challenged literature, the accumulation serves arsenic a reminder of the unifying powerfulness of stories and the divisiveness of censorship. 

The accumulation opens during the association’s Banned Books Week and runs from Sept. 23 to Oct. 18 astatine the Pete P. Peters Balcony Ellipse Gallery connected the 3rd level during the Library’s regular operating hours.
