Arrest made in Mall of Louisiana shooting, one suspect still wanted

Baton Rouge Police Chief TJ Morse said Markel Lee, 17, turned himself successful Friday. He was charged with first-degree murder, 5 counts of attempted first-degree murder, and amerciable usage of a weapon.
