Abbott, Rollins announce plans to address screwworm threat on cattle, livestock

On Friday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott and U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins publically addressed "plans to combat backmost against threats posed by the New World screwworm."
