'A hassle': Business owners along Cesar Chavez Blvd talk about street name change

The City of Fresno is considering reverting the sanction of a 10-mile agelong of roadworthy from Cesar Chavez Boulevard to its archetypal names, owed to the disorder and outgo it has caused section businesses.
