4-year-old child shot twice in Tulare, teen suspects in custody, police say

TULARE, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Tulare Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened Friday evening connected Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and U Street.

Sgt. German Barrios of the Tulare Police Department said that a radical of children, ages 4-16, were playing successful the beforehand gait of a location erstwhile 3 suspects pulled retired guns and started shooting toward them.
