$3M to revitalize a gateway into Selma

The City of Selma is investing $3 cardinal into the Highway 99 and Second Street Gateway Enhancement Project, which volition see a 12-foot decorative mound, a bronze carnivore statue, a "WELCOME TO SELMA" sign, a 35-foot flagpole, and different upgrades to the Second Street corridor.
