A 39-year-old pistillate from Chowchilla was driving a grey Nissan Altima, traveling southbound connected Road 9, approaching the intersection astatine Avenue 25, according to CHP. Meanwhile, a antheral driving a Toyota Tacoma was traveling westbound connected Avenue 25 connected Road 9.
Officers accidental astatine the location, postulation connected Avenue 25 has the right-of-way and postulation connected Road 9 is controlled by posted halt signs.
According to CHP, the woman, who was the operator of the Nissan failed to halt astatine the posted halt motion and entered the intersection, straight into the way of the Toyota. Both vehicles past collided.
CHP says the pistillate was pronounced deceased connected the country by aesculapian personnel. The antheral sustained insignificant injuries.
