A 16-year-old lad has been arrested for the shooting decease of a 34-year-old antheral astatine an Orange Cove flat connected Sunday afternoon.
FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- The 34-year-old who was changeable and killed astatine an flat successful Orange Cove has been identified arsenic Rudy Veloz.
