TULARE, Calif. (KFSN) -- Three radical person been arrested successful transportation to a shooting that near a antheral dormant successful Tulare connected Wednesday.
The shooting happened successful the country of G Street and Cross Avenue.
Tulare constabulary accidental 31-year-old Oscar Rodriguez was killed successful the shooting.
A 41-year-old antheral was besides taken to the infirmary but has since been released.
Officials accidental 21-year-old Joseph Garcia, 18-year-old Matthew Proctor, and a 17-year-old lad person been arrested.
