2nd suspect arrested in shooting of 15-year-old in Sanger

SANGER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A 2nd fishy has been arrested successful transportation with a shooting that injured a 15-year-old successful Sanger earlier this month, the city's constabulary section said connected Friday.

Officers arrested 18-year-old Robert Isaiah Torres connected Friday. Police said helium was arrested successful transportation with the shooting that injured a 15-year-old lad connected Aug. 8.

The shooting took spot successful the 500 artifact of Faller Avenue.

Investigators added that it was determined that Torres aided the superior suspect, 18-year-old Julian Ulloa, successful the shooting. Torres was accused of felony accessory to a transgression and booked into the Fresno County Jail.

Ulloa was arrested on Aug. 9.
