28-year-old woman arrested after 'romantic relationship' with girl in Tulare County, deputies say

A 28-year-old pistillate from Visalia, Maricsa Banuelos, was arrested for having an inappropriate narration with a 15-year-old girl, aft detectives obtained a warrant and arrested her for felony connection with a juvenile with the intent to perpetrate a intersexual act.
