PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - This year's Walk of Life, which honored the memories of 3 people, has raised thousands of dollars worthy of funds that were donated to a crab attraction halfway successful Porterville.

According to officials, the Porterville Breakfast Rotary Club donated $25,000 to the Sierra View Medical Center's Roger S. Good Cancer Treatment Center. These proceeds travel from the 21st yearly Run for Life lawsuit held successful September 2024.

Organizers study that much than 360 participants gathered for the 3.1-mile run/walk, which honored the memories of retired Battalion Chief Jerry J. Swartzlander and his girl Julie Swartzlander Hargis, arsenic good arsenic Maria Felix Hernandez de Carmona.
