VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 23-year-old antheral has been arrested aft helium fled from a Visalia Police serviceman and crashed into a tyre shop.

An serviceman conducted a postulation halt conscionable aft 11:20 p.m. Friday for a man, identified arsenic 23-year-old Jose Ortiz, driving recklessly connected Riggin Avenue.

Police accidental the conveyance failed to output and continued northbound connected Dinuba Boulevard towards Avenue 322, starting a chase.

The serviceman terminated the pursuit for information reasons.

Once terminated, the serviceman saw Ortiz's car effort to crook connected Avenue 326 and witnessed it clang into a tyre store and flat complex.

No 1 was injured but officers accidental Ortiz tried to fly from the scene.

He was arrested and booked into jail.
