2 of the 'Top 10' fugitives of Tulare County arrested

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Detectives captured 2 of Tulare County's 'Top 10' fugitives implicit the weekend, according to the Tulare County Sheriff's Office.

Officials accidental 1 of the fugitives, 20-year-old Isaac SantaMaria, had 3 outstanding warrants for burglary, obstructing a constabulary officer, and battle with a deadly weapon.
