2 men arrested in Earlimart homicide investigation, deputies say

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two men person been arrested, accused of a execution successful Earlimart this past April.

The Tulare County Sheriff's bureau announced Friday that 32-year-old Ramon Delgado and 26-year-old Alexander Torres were arrested aft the assemblage of 43-year-old Ruben Chavez was recovered connected April 16.
