MERCED, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Two radical who California Highway Patrol said appeared "extremely nervous" were arrested during a postulation halt adjacent Merced aft methamphetamine and an unregistered weapon were recovered successful their vehicle, according to CHP.
