CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Two drunk drivers were taken disconnected of the streets successful Clovis aft the city's constabulary section stopped them during a play DUI checkpoint.
According to the Clovis Police Department, the checkpoint was held Saturday connected Shaw Avenue adjacent Minnewawa Avenue.
Officers accidental of the 922 vehicles that passed done the checkpoint, constabulary stopped and screened 369 of them. Officers accidental 7 radical were arrested.
According to officials, 2 drivers were arrested for driving nether the influence, 3 arrested for being unlicensed, and 2 arrested for driving connected a suspended license.
