2 dead after drowning in Santa Cruz waters near popular walking path, authorities say

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KGO) -- Two radical are dormant aft drowning successful Santa Cruz adjacent West Cliff Drive, a fashionable walking way on the Pacific Ocean, authorities said.
