19-year-old leads officers on pursuit after street takeover in Madera County

MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A 19-year-old was arrested Sunday aft a thoroughfare takeover during which helium allegedly led officers connected a pursuit successful Madera County, the California Highway Patrol said.
