144th Fighter Wing jet has canopy malfunction following Clovis Rodeo flyover, pilot lands safely

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 144th Fighter Wing pitchy suffered an in-flight exigency aft it flew implicit the Clovis Rodeo connected Saturday.

A spokesperson for the 144th Fighter Wing says the F15 combatant pitchy utilized during the nationalist anthem flyover "experienced a canopy malfunction."

"We are alert of an incidental involving 1 of our craft flying successful Military grooming airspace supra the Sierra Nevada mountains, during which the craft experienced a canopy malfunction," spokesperson Jason Sanchez said successful a statement.

The aviator was capable to onshore the craft without incident.
