FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A full of 12 radical were arrested Saturday aft "Operation Fashion Fair" successful Fresno, the California Highway Patrol Central Division said Tuesday.
CHP says the Central Division Organized Retail Crime Task Force partnered with Fashion Fair information and arrested 12 radical connected Nov 30.
According to officers, they apprehended 1 fishy who was wanted for the theft of a stolen purse which was recovered and returned to its owner.
