1 dead, 3 hospitalized after hit-and-run crash involving big rig in Merced County, CHP says

MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A antheral has died pursuing a suspected hit-and-run clang successful Merced County that besides injured aggregate people.

The California Highway Patrol says a van with 8 radical wrong was trying to exit to the road erstwhile they were rear-ended by a large rig.

The clang caused the van to spell disconnected the road, deed the guardrail obstruction and spell down an embankment.

Officers accidental 1 antheral was thrown from the van. He was declared dormant astatine the scene.

Three different men were rushed to the infirmary with large injuries.
